Pilau, the Indian street wrap concept led by George Pitkeathley and Ollie Norman, has secured its second site in London’s Soho.

The concept, which previously operated a short term lease at a site on the corner of Walkers Court and Peter Street, opened its first permanent site in Goodge Street last week.

MCA understands that the group has already secured 22 Noel Street on a new 10-year lease at a rent of £37,500 per annum, for an opening before the end of the year.

The concept previously operated pop-ups in Old Street, Leicester Square and Shoreditch.

Pitkeathley used to work at Quo Vadis & Holborn Dining Room and Norman, who is the son of Polpo co-founder Russell used to work for the Polpo Group.
