Chef Marco Pierre White is to open another site with Sanguine Hospitality, this time at Birmingham’s Cube development. He will launch a Steak House Grill & Bar taking 14,000 sq ft on the 25th floor of the retail development, as part of a £10m investment by Sanguine Hospitality. Sanguine will also develop a four-star boutique hotel on the two floors below the restaurant as well as a luxury health club and spa on the ground floor public levels of the building. The company, which is also launching a Steakhouse restaurant with White at Liverpool’s Hotel Indigo, an InterContinental Hotels Group brand, next year. White also currently owns and runs The Swan Inn in Aughton, Lancashire, in partnership with Sanguine.
