Pho, the Isis Equity Partners-backed Vietnamese fast-casual concept led by Stephen and Juliette Wall, has appointed Debbie Lonnen, former finance director of Jamie’s Italian, as its interim finance director, M&C Report understands.
Lonnen’s appointment follows the departure of current finance director Zoe Tindall, who will leave the nine-strong group at Christmas.
Tindall, who was previously finance director at YO! Sushi, is leaving Pho after three years at the company, in which time it secured investment from Isis.
Pho is set to strengthen its London presence in the first quarter of next year after exchanging on a further two sites in the capital. It has recently exchanged on sites in Chiswick and Battersea Rise as part of plans to open five restaurants in total in 2014.
