Oliver Peyton, the restaurateur, has opened a new site under his Peyton & Byrne café concept at the British library.
The company will take over the catering at the library’s facilities in London and Boston Spa in Yorkshire, adding to its existing portfolio of cafés and restaurants in museums and galleries.
The group will be responsible for the London library’s upper ground floor café, first floor restaurant and terrace and the grab-and-go outlet on the piazza
