Patty & Bun and Salvation in Noodle’s new BBQ project MAM are set to be two of the operators to take space at the new opening in West Brompton from the team behind the Pergola on the Roof concept.

As flagged up by MCA earlier this month, the Incipio Group, is to launch two further sites in London.

The company, which recently announced it would launch Feast Canteen, a new food court at Hammersmith’s Kings Mall shopping scheme, is also set to launch The Cornerhouse at White City Place and The Empress in West Brompton Crossing.

The latter will be housed on the former The Prince pub and is set to feature two bars, four house restaurants and a covered woodland pergola garden.

Patty & Bun and MAM will be joined at the new site by Thai-concept The Begging Bowl and the Gladwin brothers farm-to-table restaurant Rabbit.

Feast Canteen, which will launch at the start of next year, will initially feature sites from operators including Patty & Bun, Salvation in Noodles and Breddos Tacos.

Earlier this year, Pergola signed a two-year lease for a new 850-capacity restaurant, set over two floors on the site of 5 Kingdom Street, Paddington Central.

Pergola on the Roof launched in May 2016 at the former BBC Television Centre in White City. The experience proved popular, attracting 130,000 visitors during its initial three-month opening.
