Patisserie Valerie, the Patisserie Holdings-owned brand, has secured a further site in Glasgow, after taking a former Café Rouge unit.

The group, which operates eight sites in Scotland, has secured the site at 20 Royal Exchange Square, for an opening later this year.

The brand has opened 12 new sites since its parent company listed on AIM last year year and plans to open up to 20 units in its current financial year.

Earlier this year, it launched a new website with a custom cake making function to offer bespoke cakes online and take virtual tours of its cafes.
