Pasta Remoli, the fast causal Italian concept, has secured its third London restaurant at Dickens Yard, Ealing after opening a production kitchen.

Led by former Locanda Locatelli chef Simone Remoli, the concept joins Tonkotsu, Balan’s Soho Society, Gail’s Bakery, Skinny Kitchen and Charlotte’s W5 at Dickens Yard

Pasta Remoli, which has sites in Westfield Stratford and Finsbury Park, allows customers to choose their own pasta, sauce and cheese to create their own combinations, and offers eat-in and takeaway

Remoli told MCA the production kitchen would allow the business to reach 10-12 sites, which would open under a mixture of corporate and franchised stores.

He said last year the group turned over £1.8m.

The concept also allows customers to take the pasta, sauce and cheese away to finish cooking at home.
