Byron, the Hutton Collins-backed premium burger brand, has further strengthened its senior team with the promotion of Fraser Parramint to commercial director.

Parramint has been head of supply chain at the Tom Byng-led group sonce April 2014. He joined the company from Marks & Spencer where he was a buyer in the retailer’s hospitality division.

He previously spent 12 years at The Restaurant Group.

Parramint’s promotion comes at the same time as the appointment of Nigel Sherwood as the group’s new operations director.

Sherwood is joining the 60-strong company from Shake Shack, where he has been UK business director since 2014 and overseen the group’s openings in Westfield Stratford, New Oxford Street and Cardiff. Previously he had been regional director at Nando’s for eight years.
