Creative Restaurant Group, the company behind Pachamama, the Peruvian restaurant in Marylebone and Chicama in Chelsea, plans to open a further two sites in the capital this year.

MCA understands that the company has lined up a site in Great Eastern Street, Hackney for a second Pachamama site.

At the same time, the company is understood to be in talks to launch a new concept called Mamalama at the Westfield London extension.

Creative opened Pachamama in Thayer Street in October 2014 with the kitchen led by head chef Tom Catley who previously worked as head chef of Ottolenghi, Restaurant Nathan Outlaw and Peyton and Byrne, as well as senior chef de partie at Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant and chef de partie at Nobu Park Lane.

The company opened the 72-cover Chicama on the King’s Road in 2016, offering up modern Peruvian seafood for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch from Tuesday to Sunday, with chef Erren Nathaniel heading up the kitchen.
