Yotam Ottolenghi, the high-profile chef and operator of the eponymous upmarket vegetarian deli shop-meets-café concept, is planning to open a new site in London’s Fitzrovia, MCA has learnt.
Ottolenghi is understood to be planning to open a restaurant with a retail area at the 55 Wells Street development after agreeing a pre-let on a 4,500sq ft unit.
The chef currently operates four sites under his restaurant and deli concept in Belgravia, Islington Notting Hill and Spitalfields, plus the Nopi restaurant in Soho.
