Chicken wing brand The Orange Buffalo, which is being advised on expansion by the team behind Eggslut and The Halal Guys, has secured its fourth location in London, on Argyll Street in Soho.

Taking the former Café Fred and Oslo Fish + Bun site by Oxford Circus underground station, the brand will serve takeaway, with a hole-in-the-wall style kitchen, and an outdoor heated terrace with space for 24 covers.

The street food operator, which serves wings and chicken sandwiches in their own hot sauces, has a permanent restaurant in Tooting and food trucks in Turman’s Yard and Hoxton Square.

Founded by childhood friends Nick White and Mike So, the brand is being advised on franchise development by Whitney Myrus, of ITOCO, who is also behind the UK launches of Eggslut and The Halal Guys.

The Orange Buffalo has ambitions to grow to 50 sites in the UK in the next five years, including restaurants and dark kitchens, as well as internationally.
