The team behind Opso, the Marylebone-based all-day dining Greek restaurant and bar, are set to open a new concept called Pitta Bun in Soho.

Greek-English entrepreneur Andreas Labridis and architect and food-enthusiast Dimitris Karampatakis, which opened Opso in 2014 on the former site of Ping Pong Dim Sum at 10 Paddington Street, have secured the Carnaby Burger Co site in Newburgh Street for the more fast casual concept that will open later this summer.

Opso is inspired by the “tastes, produce, and social-style dining of Greece, delivering them in a way that reflects cosmopolitan London at an accessible price point”.

Jake Bernstone of Stonebrook London and Emma Flather at Hanover Green acted on the Newburgh Street deal.
