Nando’s and Harvester are amongst the operators to have signed up to open at Croft Retail and Leisure Park in Bromborough on the Wirral.
Nandos and Harvester will occupy 2,880sq ft and 3,750sq ft respectively, on 25-year leases, at the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS)
At the same time, KFC, Subway and Greggs have signed up to open in three specially created catering pods at the park, while Costa Coffee has also agreed a deal for a 1,885sq ft unit.
Jones Lang LaSalle and Wilkinson Williams are jointly instructed on the scheme.
