Operators including Cosmo and Prezzo have signed up to take units at the Friars Walk development in Newport, which due to open in November 2015.
Nando’s, Frankie & Benny’s and Chiquito will also open at the development, currently managed by Queensberry Real Estate.
The soon-to-be-built centre will include 35 retail units, ‒ housing brands such as Topshop, Debenhams and Next ‒ a new bus station, 360 parking spaces and 10 restaurants.
Stuart Harris, head of leasing at Queensberry, said: “These five family restaurants are another great addition to our line up at Friars Walk. We are very proud to be so closely involved with the growth of Newport at such an exciting time for the city.”
