Wagamama, Las Iguanas and Bella Italia have all been lined up to open as part of the revamp of the New Mersey retail park in Speke.
The three brands are to join three other restaurants and an 11-screen Cineworld cinema at the scheme, which is due to be completed in 2017.
Under the new plans the eleven screen cinema and restaurants would be at the front of the site to create a new gateway to the retail park.
New Mersey Shopping Park is owned by Speke Unit Trust, which British Land has a large stake in.
British Land is also the property advisor for the shopping park.
