A number of leading operators are believed to have entered talks to open units at the Shoreditch Village development, which is due to come on line next year.
M&C Report understands that Leon, Wahaca, The Noodle House and Paper Planes, the Asian cuisine concept, which is yet to make its debut in the UK, are all in talks to open at the £75m development of an old car park site opposite the Tea Building on Shoreditch High Street.
Work on the 150,000sq ft scheme is set to begin this year with completion scheduled for the middle of next year.
The scheme will house 10 restaurant/café units in total.
