A number of operators are eyeing opening in Nottingham over the next six to nine months, including Coast to Coast and Living Ventures.
The Restaurant Group is believed to be in talks to take a unit in the city’s Victoria Unit for its US bar and restaurant brand, with Ed’s Easy Diner also thought to be eyeing a site in the scheme.
At the same time, Living Ventures is understood to be looking at a unit in the city’s Clock Tower property for its cocktail bar and restaurant format, The Alchemist.
Bill’s and Wildwood both recently secured units in the city.
