Nando’s, the Capricorn Ventures-backed group, has secured the Love’s Fresh Pasta site in London’s St James Street.
The c290-strong group is believed to have paid a premium for the site, which was the debut site for Love’s Fresh Pasta when it opened last April.
David Gold, the founder of Great Lengths International, which operates a global network of over 1,000 hair salons, is behind the fledgling Love’s Fresh Pasta concept, which has a further site in Old Brompton Road, South Kensington.
Gold is backing the launch of both the Love’s Fresh Pasta and Pizza and Love’s Fresh Coffee Bars concept.
Alex Hill at Leisure Partnership acted on the St James Street deal.
