Morgan Catering, the shopping centre F&B specialist, is looking to open three to five new sites in the next 12 months, including a unit at Lakeside, Essex, M&C Report understands.
The company, which is led by Ian Morgan, has secured a site in the scheme’s food court redevelopment for its Harpers British Classics concept.
The group said it has plans to grow at a significant pace for over the coming years and is looking for further opportunities for Harpers and its Italian format Napoli Pizzeria & Pasta.
It currently operates Harpers sites in Westfield Derby and Meadowhall, Sheffield.
The company, which has traded in shopping centres for some 20 years, operates a variety of concepts, including Vite Cafe, Natural Choice and Baguette & Co.
