Rudy’s Neapolitan Pizza has secured a site in Leeds for its fifth restaurant.

The Mission Mars pizza concept is set to open a 100-cover restaurant in an undisclosed location.

Last month Rudy’s opened its fourth site in Bennetts Hill, in Birmingham.

Earlier this year, Mission Mars director Neil MacLeod told MCA the group had “two or three” more sites lined up for Rudy’s, between Birmingham and the M62.

The group has also taken Bistro Qui’s The Hub Alehouse & Kitchen, which was sold on a leasehold basis off an asking price of £750,000, with the site expected to combine elements of Mission Mars’ pub and bar experience.

The Neapolitan pizzeria concept debuted in Ancoats, Manchester, in 2015 and has added a site in Peter Street and a venue in Liverpool.

The business was acquired by Mission Mars in 2017.
