London-based all-day dining concept Megan’s has secured its ninth site, in Surbiton.

Located on Victoria Road, the two-floor 4,300 square foot restaurant is set to open later this year.

Like all Megan’s restaurants, it will be dog-friendly and operate from morning until late evening, serving a Mediterranean-inspired offer including eggs benedict, shakshouka, mezze, grills and ‘posh’ kebabs.

“There are opportunities aplenty in the London suburbs now,” said Nick Weir, co-managing director of leisure property agency Shelley Sandzer, who acted on behalf of the landlord in the deal. “More people working from home and increasing efforts to shop and dine locally means we are seeing deals with great value for landlords and operators alike.”

“Megan’s understand this and has an offer that suits, a quality neighbourhood-focused restaurant that will add to Surbiton’s appeal to locals.”
