Me Love Sushi, the London-based Japanese restaurant and bar operator, has secured its fourth site in the capital. The company, which went through a restructure in 2009 that saw Taj Ratta and Mark Glassman become the main stakeholders, has taken a unit in West Hampstead. The group, which has also been exploring opportunities in central London and Putney/Richmond, is set to open the new site by the end of spring. Last year, it added an upscale cocktail bar to its flagship site in Chelsea and refurbished the existing bar at its Swiss Cottage restaurant. The chain’s management team includes Julian Bartlett, an original member of the YO! Sushi team, which opened the first four restaurants under the brand with founder Simon Woodroffe. Fleurets advised on the deal.
