Me Love Sushi, a Japanese takeaway concept, has opened its first restaurant in London’s Swiss Cottage. The company, which currently operates three takeaway sites in North London in Mill Hill, Totteridge and Radlett, has launched the 44-cover restaurant and champagne and sake bar on the site of the former Globe eaterie. The group founded by Mark Glassman, Nick Goldring and Taj Ratta plans to roll out four more eateries across the capital, with Marble Arch, Islington and Maida Vale pinpointed as key locations. Goldring said that the company wanted to focus on expanding its restaurant model and moving further into central London.
