Mascalzone, the UK-based Italian restaurant concept, is to make its debut in the US next week in Houston, Texas.
The group, which is led by former boxer Andrea Magi, will open in Houston’s Westheimer street next Monday, with a further site to follow in the city’s Shepherd Drive before the end of the year.
The company currently operates sites in Putney and Edgware.
Magi said he chose Houston for the concept’s US debut because of its “vibrant, growing international community and adventurous palates.”
