Sylvia Kontek and Vittorio Monge, the founders of Chelsea-based European restaurant Margaux, are planning to launch a third restaurant in London, in Marylebone.
MCA understands that Kontek and Monge plan to launch Picpoul, a seafood inspired all-day brasserie and oyster bar on New Quebec Street, in the Portman Village.
The new venue will house c90 covers internally and a further 16 externally.
The pair opened Margaux, a French restaurant and bar on Old Brompton Road, South Kensington, in 2013.
They opened their second site, Bandol, which showcases the “flavours and style of the South of France”, in Chelsea, in 2015.
