Mitchells & Butlers (M&B) is trialling a grill offering at its O’Neill’s venue in Trinity Street, Cardiff, writes Paul Charity.
Food sales across the company’s 68 O’Neill’s sites increased by more than 20% last year after menus were improved.
Now, the company is trialling a freshly-cooked, grilled-food section on the menu.
A M&B spokeswoman said: “Customers can still get the classic menu items, but now we’re also offering grilled chicken, fish and steak.
“It’s basically an evolution of the menu, building on last year’s success in growing food sales by more than 20% at O’Neill’s.”
The Cardiff venue was chosen by M&B after a large fire earlier this year devastated the site.
