The team behind Neighbourhood bar and restaurant in Manchester is opening a site in Liverpool as it plans to build a portfolio of 10 sites over the next decade.
The group, run by husband and wife James and Karina Hitchen, has secured a site at 62 Castle Street on the former Trial Bar site, The Liverpool Echo reports.
Ahead of the opening of Victors in Hale, Cheshire last summer, Karina Hitchens told M&C the group was looking for property in Liverpool to open a second Neighbourhood.
The New York inspired restaurant and bar offers casual fine dining and has been popular with celebrities and football players.
As well as Neighbourhood, the couple also runs Southern Eleven in Manchester’s Spinningfields.
