The Bella Italia in Leicester Square has been brought to the market.
MCA understands that the site at 22 Leicester Square is being marketed subject to vacant possession by CBRE, with offer in the region of £850,000 per annum plus a £1m premium sought.
It is thought that once vacant possession of the site has been secured the landlord plans to refurbish the premises.
A spokesman for Bella Italia said: “We are focused on running the site – and delighting our customers with the fabulous, enhanced new Bella menu – and have a lease in place that runs through into 2018.”
