Las Iguanas, the Latin casual dining concept backed by Bowmark Capital, has secured a site in Derby for an opening in October.
The site is to open at 21-23 Friar Gate in the city.
A sales process for Las Iguanas is believed to be starting next year. The group, which was founded in Bristol in 1991, is believed to have appointed BDO as advisers.
Last year, the company reiterated that as its new site rollout gathers pace, there is an opportunity to move its estate beyond 100 sites within the UK.
