Las Iguanas, the Latin American restaurant chain backed by Bowmark Capital, has opened its first site in Scotland. The group opened its 28th site in total in Aberdeen’s Union Square last week. The unit features a marine-coloured logo and lighter wooden panelling. The company, which is led by Eren Ali, hopes to open its first site in Devon at the start of next year, after securing a unit at the Royal William Yard in Plymouth. It has also secured a unit at the London Designer Outlet in Wembley, which is set to open next year. Insight Retail advised Las Iguanas on the Aberdeen deal.
