Spanish tapas bar and restaurant, La Tasca, is taking tapas on tour across the UK, as part of its fresh produce pledge.

The tapas van will be visiting Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow, Liverpool, Birmingham, Bournemouth and Cardiff throughout November, to deliver tasters of Spanish tapas made from fresh and authentic Spanish ingredients.

The group, which creates 85% of its menu from fresh produce, is urging the hospitality industry to follow its lead.

James Picton, Operations Director at La Tasca, said: “The tapas tour is a way of reaching out to members of the public and letting them know that there are options if they’re looking for fresh produce on the high street, whether they’re in a rush or are looking for a leisurely sit down meal.”
