Kokoro Sushi and Bento, a Japanese fast-casual concept, has opened its fifth site at The Mall Camberley after taking a 1,500sq ft on a 10 year lease.
The restaurant, which is a shopping centre debut for Kokoro, serves hot and cold Japanese food and sushi prepared on site.
Kokoro opened its first restaurant in Kingston in 2010, its second at Guildford opened in 2011 followed by Brighton and Wimbledon.
Will Blake, retail asset manager, Capital & Regional which owns The Mall in Camberley, said: “Kokoro is a fantastic addition to The Mall Camberley as our first new retailer of 2015. The restaurant offers a great choice of Japanese cuisine, and is already trading well and we believe it will continue to be a big success with our visitors.”
