Koh Thai, the fledgling thai tapas concept, has secured its fourth site in Bath and reiterated plans to double in size over the next 18 months.

The group, which currently operates three sites, plans to open three to five further sites during that time and is currently considering locations in Brighton, Bristol, Southampton, Oxford and Winchester.

The company, which will open its next site in in Bath early next month, opened in Southsea in early December to add to existing units in Bournemouth and Boscombe.

Andrew Lennox, managing director, said: “We firmly believe that Koh Thai Tapas is a style of cuisine that everyone will love and we are so pleased to have secured in our fourth restaurant in Bath. We are committed to future expansion going forward and greater involvement within the communities in which we serve.”
