Network Rail has announced the food & beverage line up for its new concourse at London’s King’s Cross station, which will include a flagship food-led pub from Fuller’s called Parcel Yard and a first transport hub site for Prezzo.

The F&B line up at the development, which will open 19 March, will also include first train station sites for Leon, Benito’s Hat and Yalla Yalla, while Giraffe will open its new Giraffe Stop format at the transport hub.

Pret A Manger, Caffe Nero, M&S Simply Food, Pasty Shop, Starbucks and Upper Crust complete the food and drink offer.

It is understood that the Parcel Yard pub will cover c.8,00osq ft and feature a menu based on modern British dishes using “best seasonal produce”.

Gavin McKechnie, Network Rail’s head of retail, said: “King’s Cross illustrates our vision for the future of station retailing by creating destination stations with shopping that’s on the way, not in the way.

“Station retail continues to outperform the high street. We listened to what passengers and station users wanted and a new selection of casual dining restaurants, such as Leon, Prezzo, Giraffe, Benito’s Hat and Yalla Yalla, will provide a great choice of places to eat and meet, for travellers, shoppers and locals alike.”
