Auriga Holdings, the KFC franchisee, is set to further strengthen its presence in the capital, after acquiring the Tas restaurant in Farringdon.
The group, which currently operates c25 KFC franchise sites, has secured the site at 37 Farringdon Road for an opening later this year.
Tas Restaurants currently operates 10 sites across the capital, including its eponymous sites near Borough Market and in Bloomsbury.
Emma Cousins at CDG Leisure acted for Auriga Holdings on the Farringdon deal.
