Kanada-Ya eyes expansion

London-based ramen concept Kanada-Ya is set to open two new restaurant sites this year, alongside a new delivery-only kitchen.

On Wednesday (10 March), the group will launch a delivery-only kitchen in Greenwich, followed by two new bricks-and-mortar sites this summer.

With its offer available exclusively through Deliveroo, the new delivery kitchen will cater for areas including Deptford, Blackheath, Lewisham and Peckham.

The group currently runs restaurants in Covent Garden, Haymarket and Angel, though the location of its fourth and fifth sites are yet to be announced.

The offer includes spicy yuzu ramen, tonkotsu ramen and vegetarian ramen as well as small plates including chicken karaage and truffle edamame.
