Junkyard Golf Club, the experiential bar and mini-golf concept, is to open in the Liverpool ONE scheme in early 2019.

The 17,000 sq ft site, featuring three 9-hole courses and four bars, will be the brand’s fifth location in the UK

Chris Legh, co-founder of Junkyard Golf Club, said: “Liverpool ONE was the obvious choice for our expansion plans in the North West. Each site follows our design principles of providing visitors with an immersive experience you cannot find with other crazy golf brands, plus a bar that can be enjoyed whether you are playing a round of golf or not. We are excited to welcome visitors to our new site in Liverpool ONE.”

Alison Clegg, director, asset management at landlord Grosvenor Europe, said: “Junkyard Golf Club is a leading brand in competitive socialising and will enrich the leisure experience available in Liverpool ONE and the wider city centre. They add yet another reason to visit and enjoy Liverpool ONE, alongside our unique line-up of retailers, restaurants, leisure and events.”

Cushman and Wakefield and Metis acted for Liverpool ONE. Junkyard Golf Club was represented by OBI Property.
