Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group has announced a series of senior appointments.
Lucy Worth, formerly operations director at Byron Hamburgers, has joined as operations director for the Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group and will cover all UK Jamie’s Italian, Barbecoa and Fifteen restaurants. She replaces Stephen Hill.
In November, Tamsin Ashmore will join the company as finance director for the UK and International businesses. Tamsin has previously worked as the service line finance director for film and TV Vfx at Technicolor.
Bharti Radix, formerly of Draft House, has been acting as interim finance director since the summer, but will depart following a handover with Ashmore.
Meanwhile, Hamish Goldie, currently head of international business operations, has been promoted to international operations director, responsible for overseeing all international business operations. The company said he would have a remit to maintain the development and growth of the Jamie Oliver brands in its various international markets.
Nick Schapira is to leave the Jamie’s Italian International business at the beginning of November.
Speaking at MCA’s Restaurant Conference last month, chief execuitve Jon Knight said the group was targeting 100 sites globally by the end of next year.
Knight said the group had just opened its 58th site outside the UK – where it currently has 27 – with further expansion planned for 2019.
