James Hart: 'We still feel like we have the personal touch'

The Harts Group, the operator of Barrafina and El Pastor, has doubled its headcount and made a number of key hires to support the opening of five new restaurants at the Coal Drops Yard development, and to continue its strategy of cautious, organic expansion.
