Itsu, the premium sushi bar concept, has secured a new site in London’s Covent Garden.
It has taken a 4,000 sq ft site – split across a ground floor and basement – on the corner of Drury Lane and Great Queen Street.
The group has signed a new 15-year lease at a rent of £125,000 per year. The first six months of the term are rent free.
Shelley Sandzer brokered the deal on behalf of landlord Wolfe Properties.
