Investment will not be start of mass roll-out for Tonkotsu

“The days of saying we’ve got 10 sites and now we’re going to do 50 are gone,” Stephen Evans, managing director of Tonkotsu told MCA, explaining that its £5m investment from YFM Equity Partners, would not be the start of a mass roll-out plan for the business.
