Gaucho has opened its largest restaurant outside London on Liverpool’s Water Street, offering all-day dining, Sunday roasts, immersive experiences, and late night cocktails.

The Argentinian-inspired steak restaurant has launched at the historical Grade II listed former Bank of Liverpool building following a seven-figure investment. It will serve a menu showcasing only 100% carbon neutral beef, plus a large selection of Argentinian and global wines as well as classic and signature cocktails.

The design is inspired by Buenos Aires tango clubs, with South American details and two private dining rooms, a central island bar, marble pillars, and high ceilings.

The venue’s countertop beef bar will offer a beef tasting menu and an interactive experience where diners can cook their own steaks on individual hot stones. The venue will also offer Gaucho Lates every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night, with live music and entertainment, and Bottomless Roast on Sundays.
