Imperial Treasure, the high-end Chinese restaurant chain, is set to make its debut in UK at Waterloo Place in London.

The company has taken a site at Barings Real Estate Advisers’ St James’s scheme for a restaurant that will open in 2018.

The group operates restaurants in Singapore, Hong Kong and China, and its Shanghai branch was recently awarded two Michelin stars. It is also gearing up to open a restaurant in France.

Colliers International’s central London restaurants team advised Barings on the transaction while Benji Ashe at Savills acted for Imperial Treasure.
