Iberico, the Spanish restaurant concept led by Dan Lindsay, has secured its second site in the Midlands, in Derby.
The group signed a 10-year lease on a unit in the city’s Cathedral Quarter for the new site, which is scheduled to open this September.
It opened its first site in Nottingham two years ago.
