Hyde & Co is to open its fourth site in its hometown of Bristol, with the launch of Mediterranean and North African concept, Bambalan.

The group, which was founded by Jason Mead, Kevin Stokes and Nathan Lee, is to open in the city’s Colston Tower.

The group said the offer would see “something for everyone, including exceptional coffee and tea, fresh, healthy and exciting all day dining, an expertly crafted drinks menu and unrivalled views over the city centre from our rooftop terrace”.

The company already operates its eponymous prohibition-style bar, cocktail bar Milk Thistle and steak restaurant, Ox, in the city.
