Hummingbird Bakery, the US-style cupcake chain, has made its debut in Saudia Arabia.
The company, which is led by founder Tarek Malouf, has opened a site at Rubeen Plaza, Riyadh, under its franchise agreement for the region with Gourmet Gulf.
It currently operates three sites in Dubai under its agreement with Gourmet Gulf.
The group currently operates six sites in London.
It would also eventually like to open outside the capital but believes there is a logistical hurdle it still has to overcome before doing so.
