Honest Burgers, the Active Partners-backed group, is set to open a further flagship site in the capital, after securing a unit next to Royal Festival Hall.
MCA understands that the 23-strong group, has acquired the Feng Sushi site on 9 Festival Terrace, Royal Festival Hall.
It will have 65 covers inside and another 10 outside, when it opens at the end of January next year.
The opening for the company, which is understood to be selling two million burgers a year at the moment, will be its 25th, with its next site set to launch in Reading next month.
In September, Tom Barton and Phil Eeles, the co-founder of Honest Burgers, told MCA that 2018 was set to be a significant year for the company as it looks to have a national presence.
Barton said that the company would be looking at securing sites in major cities such as Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol and Birmingham next year.
At the same time, it will continue to strengthen its presence in the capital, and is currently in talks on sites in Islington and Wimbledon.
The group is also believed to have won the tender with Network Rail to operate a site at the London Bridge Station development, which will come online next year.
