Harajuku Gyoza, the Japanese beer and dumpling concept, plans to launch in the UK, M&C Report understands.
The Australian-based concept, which is led by Steve Minon, is understood to have appointed Stephen and Matthews to find a site in London for its first opening here.
The concept launched in Brisbane in November 2011 and is due to open second site in Sydney this summer.
Minon said: “Harajuku Gyoza is a combination of traditional Japanese food with the excitement of inner city Tokyo merged together into a unique offer.”
