Gordon Ramsay Group is opening its first restaurant in Macau.
Working in partnership with Sands China the group will launch in Sands Cotai Central, Macau, joining brands such as the Golden Peacock, Zi Yat Heen, Dynasty and Copa Steakhouse.
Ramsay told M&C Report: “I ’m so excited, can’t wait. Thank you Macau.”
He added: “We will be working closely with the Sands China team on the ground to tailor one of our current concepts to this unique market in order to deliver a first-class dining experience, and are looking forward to opening in Macau.”
Charles Newland, senior vice president of F&B and director of Piaza Operations said: “Sands China is constantly on the lookout for innovative ways to further contribute to the development of Macao as a center for tourism and leisure. To see Ramsay’s internationally-acclaimed restaurant empire expand to Sands Cotai Central is an important milestone for Sands China.”.
