The 10-strong group has started the recruitment process for both roles after appointing two area managers and a development chef.

The company will open its site in in Clifton, Bristol in February, followed by units in Chichester in March and Salisbury in April/May.

The group, which has also exchanged contracts on a site in Guildford, is looking for alternative sites in Maidstone and at opportunities in Canterbury, after recently selling its site in the former to ASK Italian.

Last year, the operator moved its banking from HSBC to Barclays to increase its borrowing facility to £2m. Co-founder Andrew Laurillard said the move doubled its previous borrowing power.
